Sulphonation process is the interaction of sulfur trioxide Gas with Linear Alkyl Benzene producing sulfonic acid ( LABSA ). Sulfur be in the solid state and are melted and burned with the air to form sulfur dioxide and then re-oxidized using a catalyst ( V2O5 ) for sulfur trioxide. In the unit for the treatment of gases before they leave the air-conditioning is (processed non-reactive) sulfur dioxide - a sulfur trioxide gases
We manufacture Linear Alkyl Benzene Sulphonic Acid obtained through the sulphonation process of Linear Alkyl Benzene - DETAL (LABSA 96%) and the sulphonation process of Linear Alkyl Benzene - HF (LABSA 95%).

Our mission encompasses monitoring the product throughout its shelf life, analyzing ideas for operational improvements to enhance the product, and ongoing efforts to identify the best suppliers for raw materials from both local and global markets. Quality Management

Our company’s constant aim is quality first …. Therefore, our product is monitored through several stages:

First stage:

includes the receipt and analysis of raw materials

Second stage:

Measurement of acid value (A.V) For instant interaction

Third stage:

follow-up to the product destined for storage by measuring each of : Acid Value , Active Matter , Water Content , Free Oil , Klett Color , Free Sulfuric Acid

Fourth stage:

Follow up and analyses the product tanks daily to ensure the stability of the product

Fifth stage:

analysing the product before shipment and loading and making sure that it complies with the customer's specification

Sixth stage:

Includes analysis of static samples, research and development and samples taken from shipments during the validity period
